How to earn and use Reah Points in Reward Center
Last updated About 18 hours ago
Summary
Holding a banking balance now automatically earns you Reah Points inside the Reward Center, which you can use toward Reah fees or to redeem for Banking Bonuses and USDC Deposit Vouchers. Points earned through the month become available on the first day of the following month. Points belong to your business entity, not individual accounts, and can't be withdrawn or transferred.
What is the Reward Center?
Reah customers holding banking balances automatically earn daily Reah Points that they can use toward Reah fees or to redeem for Banking Bonuses and USDC Deposit Vouchers. You will find a "Rewards" entry point on the left sidebar of your Reah interface..
What are Reah Points?
Reah Points are loyalty points automatically earned daily from holding a banking balance, and appear inside your Reward Center. You will be able to see your total Points balance as well as balance available for redemption, daily points earned, pending and expiring Points.
New customers who have successfully passed their KYB onboarding also automatically receive a welcome reward of 50 Reah Points.
Reah Points are loyalty points, not cash or a deposit.
How are Reah Points calculated?
Points are calculated as 1% annualized rewards based on your settled banking balance at 00:00 UTC each day. Incoming deposits that are still processing do not count toward your Reah Points until they are fully settled and available.
Settled Banking balance (USD) × 1% × 100 points ÷ 365 = Points earned per day
For example, a $10,000 balance earns about 27.40 Points per day.
This means that maintaining the same Banking balance for a full year earns Reah Points worth 1% of that balance, whether you use them toward Reah fees or redeem them for Banking Bonuses and USDC Deposit Vouchers at current redemption rates. For example, a constant $10,000 balance earns 10,000 Points over a year - enough to cover $100 in Reah fees.
Reah Points are loyalty rewards, not interest or cash.
When do pending Points become available?
Points move through these stages:
Earned: Points you earn each day appear as today's Points.
Pending: Points earned during a month stay pending until the month ends.
Available: at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the following month, pending Points become available to use.
Reserved: when you start a transaction that uses Points, they're held until it completes. If the transaction doesn't go through, they return to your available balance.
Can I use pending or reserved Points?
No. Only available Points can be used toward fees or redeemed for rewards.
Points are displayed to two decimal places. Reah calculates Points to a higher precision internally.
Which fees do Reah Points count toward?
Every 100 Points takes $1 off the Reah fee on the transactions below. The Reah fee is shown in your quote before you confirm. It doesn't include network or third-party fees.
If a fee costs more than your available Reah Points, all points will be applied to cover their value portion of the fee. For instance, if a conversion fee is $3 and you have 200 available Points, the value your Points can cover is $2.
Points do not apply to:
Network (gas) fees
Fees charged by banks or other third parties
Price slippage
How does Automatic use work?
In your Reward Center, under Use Points, switch Convert fee discount to Automatic use. Reah then applies your available Points whenever you make an eligible transaction. You can turn it off at any time.
When you start a conversion, Reah reserves the Points needed for the fee. Once the conversion completes, the fee is paid with those Points. If it doesn't go through, the reserved Points are released back to your available balance.

What are Banking Bonuses and USDC Deposit Vouchers?
You can exchange Points for rewards in the Marketplace. Getting a reward takes two steps: first you Redeem it with Points, then you Use it from My Rewards.
Minimum Banking balance: To use a reward, your available Banking balance must be at least the amount shown in the table when you select Use Reward. For example, to use a $10 Banking Bonus, your available Banking balance must be at least $100.
Where it's credited: Banking Bonuses go to your primary Banking account and show in Transactions as coming from Reward Center. For USDC Deposit Vouchers, you choose the Wallet and network (Ethereum, Solana, or Base).
Expiry: rewards expire 30 days after you redeem them.
Rewards may have limited quantities, and the rewards available and the Points required may change at any time.
To redeem and use a reward:
Open Rewards and select Marketplace.
Choose a reward and check the Points required and the minimum Banking balance needed to use it.
Select Redeem. You may be asked to verify with MFA.
Go to My Rewards and select Use Reward before it expires. For a USDC Deposit Voucher, choose the network and Wallet first.
If you don't have enough available Points yet, the reward shows how many more you need. When you redeem, Reah uses the Points closest to expiring first.

Do Points and rewards expire?
Yes, and they expire on different timelines:
Reah Points expire 12 months after they become available. You'll get reminders in Reah before they expire, and your entity's Owner also gets email reminders. You can find exact expiry dates in Points Activity.
Redeemed rewards expire 30 days after you redeem them. A reward that isn't used before then is marked Expired and can no longer be used. The Points spent on it will not be refunded.
Who can redeem Points?
Owners and Admins can redeem Points. Operators can view the Points balance and activity.
If you manage several entities, each one earns its own Reah Points. Points can't be combined or moved between entities.
