How to report a lost or stolen card
- Open the affected card in Reah.
- Review recent card activity for unexpected or unauthorized transactions.
- Freeze the card immediately if you need to stop usage while you investigate.
- Cancel the card if it is confirmed compromised or should not be used again.
- Follow your internal escalation process if unauthorized activity is suspected.
- Continue monitoring related card and account activity.
Freeze vs. cancel
Freeze the card if:
