  1. Go to Transactions in Reah and open the relevant record.
  2. Review the current status and any visible error.
  3. Confirm the source, destination, amount, and asset are correct.
  4. Check that any required approvals or policy rules were satisfied.
  5. Retry the transaction only after the issue has been corrected.
