Create and manage invoices
Last updated 2 days ago
Summary
Use this guide to create invoices in Reah using Smart invoice or Build it yourself, choose whether to receive payment in fiat, stablecoins, or crypto, and manage them from the Invoicing page.
Before you start
Have the following information ready:
- Your company details, including its email, name, address, and tax ID if applicable
- The recipient and invoice details
- The bank account or crypto wallet you want to use to receive payment
How to create an invoice
- Open Invoicing from the left-hand menu.
- Click Create Invoice.
- Choose Smart invoice or Build it yourself.

Create with Smart invoice
Describe the invoice in plain English. Include the recipient, work or items being billed, amount, currency, and any other details you want reflected in the invoice.
CFO Agent will generate a draft for you to review. Check the information and correct or complete the draft before publishing it.
Build it yourself
Click Start to open the invoice editor.

Complete the five sections:
- Your Company — Enter your company email, name, address, and tax ID if applicable.
- Invoice Details — Add the recipient’s billing details, invoice type, and relevant dates.
- Line Items — Add the items or services being billed, including the quantity, currency, and unit price.
- Payment — Choose how you want to receive payment. For bank transfers, select ACH, Fedwire, or SWIFT. For crypto payments, select the receiving wallet and chain. If the chain you need isn’t listed, use Customize Payable to add your own wallet address and payment instructions.
- Notes — Add any additional information you want the recipient to see.
The preview updates as you complete the invoice. Click Save as Draft if you are not ready to publish it. Once the invoice is complete, review it and follow the on-screen prompts to publish it.
Manage invoices
From Invoicing, review open and overdue amounts and see the amount expected to settle within seven days under Smart prediction. Smart prediction is an estimate based on payer history, invoice terms, and settlement timing; it does not confirm settlement.
Use Invoices and Drafts to find and manage records. Recurring lets you manage invoices that are automatically issued on a set schedule, while Templates let you reuse saved invoice details to create new drafts. Open Invoice Settings to configure AI matching, receipts and reminders, invoice numbering, and CC email preferences.
