Subscription renewal and downgrade
Reah subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. If auto-renewal is turned off or a renewal fails, your account will go through a grace period and a restriction period before being downgraded to the Free Plan.

Auto-renewal
- Your Reah subscription is set to auto-renew by default.
- To stop renewal, you can:
- Turn off auto-renewal in the Manage your plan section on the Plan page.
- Disable renewal directly through your payment method, such as a card or payment provider.
- After turning off auto-renewal, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if renewal is turned off or fails
- Grace period (3 days)
- For 3 days after your subscription expires, you will continue to have full access to all Reah features.
- You can renew at any time during this period to restore normal service.
- Restriction period (7 days)
- After the grace period, your account enters a 7-day restriction period.
- During this time:
- You cannot add new users.
- You cannot create new wallets or cards.
- Existing wallets and cards remain usable.
- Downgrade to Free Plan
- After the restriction period, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free Plan.
- Free Plan limits:
- Maximum of 1 user, which is the Owner only.
- Up to 3 wallets.
- Up to 1 card.
Account state after downgrade
- Existing wallets and cards will continue to function.
- All users except the original Owner will lose access to the entity and can no longer log in.
- Additionally:
- No new wallets or cards can be created.
- No new users can be added.
How to restore full access
- You can resubscribe to a paid plan at any time to restore full functionality.
- After resubscribing:
- All restrictions will be lifted immediately.
- Your existing data and configurations will remain unchanged.
Recommendation
- To avoid service interruption, we recommend keeping auto-renewal enabled.
- If you prefer not to use auto-renewal, manually renew your subscription before it expires.
