Getting support shouldn't feel like a chore. That’s why we’ve integrated Reah Support directly into Telegram. Whether you’re troubleshooting with your whole team or need a private 1-on-1 session, we’ve made the process as seamless as sending a text.


🛠 Option 1: Support in a Group Chat

Best for: Collaborative troubleshooting where your teammates need to stay in the loop.

If you have a dedicated project or company group, you can bring Reah right into the conversation.

  1. Add the Bot: Invite @Reah to your Telegram group.

  2. The "Distress Flare": When you run into an issue, simply tag @Reah in a message (e.g., "@Reah, we are seeing a 404 error on the dashboard").

  3. Automatic Ticket Creation: The moment you tag the bot, a ticket is created in our system. You will receive an instant confirmation message in the group: ✅ Ticket Created!.

  4. Live Sync: From that point forward, every message sent in that group is synced directly to our support agents. You don't need to tag the bot again; just chat normally, and our team will jump in to help.


👤 Option 2: Support via Direct Message (DM)

Best for: Sensitive issues, billing questions, or 1-on-1 technical deep dives.

If you prefer a private conversation, you can message the bot directly.

  1. Find the Bot: Search for @Reah on Telegram and start a chat.

  2. Initialize: Type /start to see the welcome menu, then type /newchat.

  3. Open the Ticket: Click the 📩 Open Ticket button that appears.

  4. Describe the Issue: The bot will ask you to describe your problem. Send a single message explaining what's wrong.

  5. Stay Connected: Once you send the description, your ticket is live. All future messages you send in this DM will go straight to our support team until the issue is resolved.


📈 What to Expect During Your Chat

📸 Send Media and Files

Don't just tell us; show us! You can send screenshots, screen recordings, PDFs, or log files directly in the chat. Reah will forward these files to our agents so they can diagnose your issue faster.

🏁 Closing the Loop

Once your issue is resolved, our agent will close the ticket from our dashboard. You will receive a final notification in Telegram:

You’ll see a row of star buttons (1-5). Just tap a star to let us know how we did!


💡 Pro-Tips for Fast Resolution

  • Be Descriptive: In your initial message, include any error codes or specific steps to reproduce the bug.

  • One Issue Per Chat: To keep things organized, we can only address one issue per chat. To create a new ticket, you must first close a previous ticket in the chat.

  • Team Visibility: Use the Group Support option if you want your colleagues to see the solution—it saves everyone from asking the same question twice!
