Summary
Use this guide to check the status of a transaction in Reah, so your team can confirm whether it is complete, still partially settled, failed, or needs follow-up.
What transaction status is used for
Transaction status helps businesses:
- confirm whether a transaction completed successfully
- identify whether a transaction is still executing or partially settled
- spot failed or interrupted transactions that may need action
- support operational follow-up, reporting, and internal review
Why this is useful in Reah
Reah gives teams a clearer way to track transaction outcomes in one place, so finance and operations can quickly understand what happened and decide whether any follow-up is needed.
Before you check transaction status
Before reviewing a transaction, confirm:
- which account or wallet you want to inspect
- the transaction or date range you want to review
How to check transaction status in Reah
- Open the Transactions tab in the left-hand menu.
- Select the relevant account, wallet, or business entity if needed.
- Review the transaction history list or activity feed.
- Locate the specific transaction you want to inspect.
- Check the status shown for that transaction.
- Open the transaction details if you need more context on what happened.
Common transaction statuses to review
When checking transaction status, look for whether the transaction is:
- completed
- executing
- partially settled
- failed
- canceled or otherwise not completed, if shown in the product
What to check in the transaction details
When reviewing transaction status, check:
- the current status
- the transaction date and time
- the amount and asset
- source and destination details
- any status notes, references, or error details shown
- whether follow-up action is needed
Common failure reasons
- Insufficient gas — the transaction could not be processed due to lack of gas fees
- Network congestion — the transaction may expire or fail due to delayed confirmation
- Banking or third-party rail issues — failures from banks or payment providers (limits, risk controls, outages)
- Balance or parameter issues — insufficient balance or invalid inputs
What to do if a transaction fails
- Review transaction details to identify the cause
- Retry the transaction after a short delay (especially for network-related issues)
- Check balances and configuration (e.g. gas, amount)
- Contact support if the issue persists: support@reah.com

- Understand pending transactions
- Troubleshoot failed transactions
- View transaction history
