How to report a lost or stolen card
- Open the affected card in Reah.
- Review recent card activity for unexpected or unauthorized transactions.
- Freeze the card immediately if you need to stop usage while you investigate.

- Deactivate the card if it is confirmed compromised or should not be used again.

- Follow your internal escalation process if unauthorized activity is suspected.
- Continue monitoring related card and account activity.
Freeze vs. inactivate
Freeze the card if:
- Immediate action is needed to pause activity
- There is still uncertainty about whether it was compromised
- The same card may be used again later
Cancel the card if:
- Compromise is confirmed
- The card details should no longer be trusted
- It should not be used again
