Use this guide to generate a recovery kit for your Reah entity or restore access if you have lost your primary device.


Before you start

  • This recovery process applies when the owner has lost access to the account or primary device.
  • You will need your recovery kit to restore access.
  • If you no longer have your recovery kit, you can generate a new one.

Recover using your existing recovery kit

  1. Click the Settings gear icon at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Navigate to Security.
  3. Locate your recovery kit and follow the prompts to restore access.

Refresh your recovery kit

The owner can generate a new recovery kit at any time to rotate an existing one or replace one they no longer have access to.

  1. Click the Settings gear icon at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Navigate to Security.
  3. Select the option to generate a new recovery kit.
  4. Save the new recovery kit to a secure location immediately.

Generating a new recovery kit replaces your previous one.

  • Every Reah account is issued a recovery kit at signup β€” store it somewhere secure as soon as you receive it.
  • Recovery kits are tied to your account β€” keep them accessible to the right people in your organization.
  • If you cannot recover access using a recovery kit, contact Reah support.
