Overview:
Reah allows your finance team to securely import and manage your existing Safe wallets in minutes. By linking your Safe accounts, you can leverage a unified interface for treasury management, automated accounting, and audit-ready reporting—without sacrificing the security of your multi-sig. Reah provides the operational interface needed for corporate finance.
This guide covers:
Why import your Safe Wallet: Discover the benefits of moving from a vault interface to a unified Finance OS.
Pre-requisites: What you need (signer access and network details) before you begin.
Import Flow: A step-by-step walkthrough of connecting from the Reah login screen.
Portfolio Selection: How to manage and nickname multiple Safe addresses at once.
Why import your Safe Wallet
While Safe provides industry-leading security, managing corporate finances directly through a wallet interface can be fragmented and manual. Importing your Safe into Reah transforms it from a technical vault into a unified Finance OS.
Key Benefits
Unified Finance Operations: View your Safe wallets alongside your traditional bank accounts, corporate cards, and treasury holdings. Stop switching tabs and manage all assets in one place.
Audit-Ready Accounting: Reah abstracts the complexity of the block explorer into a finance-friendly interface. Categorize transactions, attach receipts, and sync data directly to your ERP for seamless auditing.
Institutional Control: Apply Reah’s advanced permissioning and approval policies to your Safe transactions. Assign specific roles (like Bookkeeper or Auditor) to team members. They can view and organize data without needing signer access to the wallet itself. You get the same decentralized security of a multi-sig with the structured oversight of a corporate finance team.
Eliminate Friction: Move between crypto and fiat effortlessly. Reah provides an abstracted experience that simplifies cross-asset transfers and financial operations without the usual overhead.
Zero-Gas Experience: By managing your operations through Reah’s interface, you can streamline your internal workflows and approvals without constant gas-fee friction for every administrative action.
Importing a Safe Wallet
Initiate the Import
On the Reah login page, click Import your Safe{Wallet} located at the bottom of the sign-in card. This allows you to connect your wallet before fully entering the dashboard.

Connect your Wallet
Follow the browser prompts to connect your signer wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, or Ledger) to Reah.
Select your Safe Addresses
Reah will automatically detect all Safe wallets associated with your connected signer.
Use the checkboxes to select the specific address(es) you wish to manage.
You can select "Select All" to import your entire portfolio at once.

Confirm and Import
Review your selection on the summary screen. You will see the connected wallet address and the total number of Safes selected. Click the orange Import (#) button to finalize the process and enter your workspace.
What to expect after importing
Once you click Import, Reah begins securely syncing your data. Here is what happens next:
Instant Visibility: Your Safe addresses and current balances will appear in your dashboard immediately.
Historical Sync: Reah will begin pulling your transaction history. For most wallets, the last 30 days of activity will be visible within 60 seconds.
Categorization: Our AI will automatically begin flagging known counterparties and suggesting categories for your past transactions to save your team manual entry time.
Note: For wallets with extensive transaction histories (1,000+ transactions), a full historical sync may take up to 10 minutes to complete. You can continue using other parts of Reah while this runs in the background.
