What happens next?
Email Notification: Invited users will receive an official Reah invitation in their inbox.
Accepting the Invite: Once they click the link in the email, they can securely set up their account and join your entity.
Manage Status: You can track the status of pending invitations directly from the Member settings page at any time.
User Roles and Permissions
Reah uses pre-defined roles to balance operational speed with security. Use the table below to determine the best fit for your team members.
Safeguarding your Workspace
Principle of Least Privilege: Start users with the lowest role necessary (e.g., Employee or Viewer) and upgrade permissions only as their responsibilities grow.
Limit Admins: We recommend having only 1–3 Admins to reduce security risks. Use the Finance Admin role for those who need data access but don't need to manage users.
Audit Regularly: Review your "People" tab monthly to deactivate users who have left the company or no longer require access.
