Inviting your Team

Overview: Adding team members to Reah takes less than a minute. You can invite individuals or bulk-invite your entire department to start collaborating on treasury and financial operations.

How to invite a new user

Follow these steps to add team members to your workspace:

  1. Access Settings: Click on the Settings gear icon located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Navigate to Members: Under the Entity section, select the Member tab (labeled "Team members, roles, and invitations").

  1. Initiate Invite: Click the Invite User button located in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Enter Email Addresses: In the "Add email to invite" field, type the professional email address of the person you wish to join.

    • Bulk Invite: You can add multiple users simultaneously by separating their email addresses with commas.

  1. Assign Role & Send: Select the appropriate role (e.g., Admin, Member, or Viewer) and click Invite.

What happens next?

  • Email Notification: Invited users will receive an official Reah invitation in their inbox.

  • Accepting the Invite: Once they click the link in the email, they can securely set up their account and join your entity.

  • Manage Status: You can track the status of pending invitations directly from the Member settings page at any time.

User Roles and Permissions

Reah uses pre-defined roles to balance operational speed with security. Use the table below to determine the best fit for your team members.

Who it’s for

Controllers, VP Finance

Operations Management: View, edit, and report access for Wallet and Banking Accounts, Transaction Management, and Invoicing. Can configure Approval Flows.

Member

Department Heads

Transactional Access: Authorized to view and initiate transactions (transfers, bulk sends, asset conversions). Actions require approval based on configured Approval Flows.

Viewer

Auditors, Bookkeepers, Finance Team Members

Read-Only Access: Permission to view all modules and dashboards. Can categorize entries and export reports for ERP syncing with no ability to edit or move funds.

Safeguarding your Workspace

  • Principle of Least Privilege: Start users with the lowest role necessary (e.g., Employee or Viewer) and upgrade permissions only as their responsibilities grow.

  • Limit Admins: We recommend having only 1–3 Admins to reduce security risks. Use the Finance Admin role for those who need data access but don't need to manage users.

  • Audit Regularly: Review your "People" tab monthly to deactivate users who have left the company or no longer require access.
